Forgotten singer Barbra Streisand claimed that President Trump is “dangerous to our health” during a fundraiser for Joe Biden. She blasted the President’s response to the pandemic, saying that he could have saved so many lives if only he had paid attention to all the warnings and had acted earlier. What she did not mention is that back in February, when President Trump halted the flights from China, he faced criticisms from the left accusing him of being racist and all. Any other move that he could have done back then would have received intense backlash from his critics.

“In other words, Donald Trump is dangerous to our health. We cannot afford four more years of malice, division and lies, and neither can our planet. We don’t need a bully as a president who picks fights and rules by retaliation. Let’s face it: Trump is unfit mentally and morally to hold this office,” the aging singer said. The fundraiser also featured John Legend, Jennifer Hudson and Jay Leno.

Streisand is no fan of Trump and she said that the President cannot follow the law himself. She claims that Trump does not have the wisdom or the character to lead America right now. She said that Biden has the empathy that the country needs and that can do more to heal the supposed racism in the system.

However, Biden has a rather problematic history when it comes to racism. He has supported legislation decades ago which disproportionately affected the black population and has kept a lot of people in prison. He has also made some questionable comments which have been conveniently ignored by the mainstream media.

Then there is the question of Biden’s fitness for running for the presidency, let alone holding the most powerful office on the planet. To some people, Biden’s cognitive decline is obvious and alarming and yet the Democratic party and his supporters are choosing to ignore the signs that he might be suffering from the early stages of dementia. It seems that Streisand and other rich celebrities like her will do anything just so Trump will not get reelected.
