The Brennan Center for Justice, an organization that is connected and financed by George Soros is telling Democrats to spend more money on ads educating voters about laws that will allow the vote-by-mail initiative. The organization recommended that the ads be focused on using non-English languages, which means they will be targeted to immigrants and possibly, illegal immigrants who are reportedly being allowed to vote in some areas.

The Brennan Center is advocating for spending $4 billion for election reform during the pandemic. The organization is claiming that their plan is to ensure that the election and the voters will be protected against the coronavirus. They are using the opportunity to push for programs like vote-by-mail, which will be very prone to voter fraud. Vote-by-mail is going to be much more difficult to monitor and will favor Democrats.

Democrat congressmen and senators have already cited the plan put forth by the Brennan Center as an influence in the legislation that they are proposing which will change the way that Americans vote for the upcoming presidential elections.

The Brennan Center, together with other organizations that are also backed by Soros, is stoking fears about using the traditional method of voting, which they say will put voters in danger since it will expose them to the virus. The plan that was released by the center called for $4 billion to be spent in reforming the voting system. Originally, the estimate called for $2 billion but they doubled the cost of the program after factoring in the cost of the local elections that will also take place this year.

The center says that $250 million will have to be spent to inform the public about the changes. It calls for using non-English language ads, which calls into question the purpose of the whole election reform. It seems that they are pushing hard for allowing illegal immigrants to be able to vote, which would favor the Democrats in the local and national elections.

The other organizations that are helping the center to push for its advocacy of changing the way Americans vote and in the process allowing non-Americans to vote as well, include American Civil Liberties Union and Open Society Foundations, which are also funded by Soros.
